Hi, my name is Pauline O’Shea and I am the cake artist behind 2 Nice 2 Slice. I am a fully qualified cake designer, confectioner and baker. I trained in the National Bakery School of Ireland and qualified through the City and Guilds of London Institute.
I have been in the cake decorating industry for more than 20 years and in 2012 I left my day job to pursue my dream of starting my very own business creating elegant bespoke wedding cakes and extraordinary 3D sculpted celebration cakes. 2 Nice 2 Slice has been honoured to win awards at the Dublin Sugarcraft Guild in 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2020. My wedding cakes have won awards for their design and high quality finish including a Gold Award at the 2018 and 2020 Irish Sugarcraft Show.
